Front Desk and Information Service Counters

  • Guests and visitors should be screened upon arrival and asked to use hand sanitizer and wear a face covering. Appropriate signage should also be prominently displayed outlining proper face covering usage and current physical distancing practices in use throughout the property.
  • Perform thorough cleaning in high-traffic areas such as lobbies, front desk check-in counters, and information desks.
  • Equip desks and help counters with proper sanitation products, including hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes, and provide personal hand sanitizers to all staff directly assisting customers.
  • Consider providing guests an amenity bag during check-in containing face covering, hand sanitizer, and a COVID-19 awareness card
